The AL490, our new 4-in-1 device - A4 format - is a combination package that consists of the following:
1) Acropaq AL420 laminator *ECO*
- Warm lamination / device has 2 heat rollers
- Pouch thickness: from 80 to 125 microns
- Maximum laminating width: 230 mm (Max. Format up to A4), Laminating temperature: +- 135 °C
- QUICK Warm-up time: 1.5-2 minutes, Laminating speed: 400 mm/min
- Unique 'Ready' indicator: this indicator is not a light with this laminator but it's a thermo-transfer technology which indicates whether the laminator is ready or not
- ABS JAM-release function (allows manual separation of heating reels to remove jammed laminating pouches)
- Power consumption: 550W; 2.4A / 60W; 0.25A (75% more energy saving compared to equivalent laminating machines)
- Weight: 1.1 kg
2) Paper cutter (Trimmer) Acropaq AL490-R
- Max 3 sheets of paper 80g/mm² /or 1 laminated pouch
- Cutting length max 300mm
- Dimensions: 330 × 65 × 18mm

3) Corner Cutter Acropaq AL490-C
Evenly cut rounded corners for laminated and unlaminated documents.

4) 200 Laminating pouches 80 micron:

Extra tips:
- Always try to completely fill the laminating pouch, a pouch that is too empty will cause the cover to jam
- If things go wrong, try to push the jam-release lever at the back
- The machine has a READY light, this indicates that it has reached the right temperature for laminating, do not start earlier!
