Delivery Information

1. DELIVERIES TO BELGIUM, THE NETHERLANDS AND THE GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG
All deliveries are made at the risk of the buyer who must insure against possible losses.
Any order above 50 EURO net (including VAT) will be delivered free of charge to the buyer's address. Any order below this amount will bear shipping costs of only 5,99 EURO.
Orders will automatically be sent by express courier with a 'Track & Trace' number. This number allows you to follow online the route of your registered shipment until delivery. 
Your order should be delivered to your address during office hours. Items in stock should be delivered the next working day. Depending on the time we receive your order, the delivery could be extended by one day.

2. DELIVERIES TO OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (FRANCE, GERMANY, ...)
All deliveries are at the risk of the buyer who must insure against possible losses.
Any order above 50 EURO net (including VAT) will be delivered free of charge to the buyer's address. Any order below this amount will bear shipping costs of 9.99 EURO.
Orders will automatically be sent by express courier with a 'Track & Trace' number. This number allows you to follow online the route of your registered shipment until delivery. 

Transportation damages and non-compliant deliveries should be communicated by email to info@acropaq.com within 3 working days!
