Everyone knows that exercise is important. Because building muscles and burning fat, who wouldn't want that?
Unfortunately, you quickly lose a lot of time and money going to the gym for this.
We offer you a solution: We bring the fitness to you, at home!
Our 'Home Gym' is the ultimate set (!) of all kinds of training equipment that combines sets of fitness tools and resistance bands.
It allows you to perform strength, resistance, and sometimes cardio training exercises, without having to invest in gym memberships or more commercial-level fitness equipment.
PUSH UP BORD
The basis of all this is the board.
This Push Up Board comes with multiple positions and angles to perform different exercises to train the muscles of the upper body.
All you have to do is place the handles in the holes. There are no less than 10 (!!!) possible positions!
The locations are color-coded, so you can quickly find the holes where you need to place the push up handles for the specific exercise.
Red: Shoulder muscles
Blue: Chest muscles
Green: Arm muscles (Tricep)
Yellow: Back muscles
Additionally, the pushup board is foldable so it doesn't take up too much room when stored.
EXTRA's
We don't call our Home Gym the ultimate version.
Our Home Gym comes with 4 more extras (that you won't find with the competition)!
In addition to the push up board, our Gym set also includes these items:
1) AB Roller: The ab roller (aka abdominal roller) is both a simple and complex abdominal machine.
It will make sure you get a nice six pack ;)
In the pushup board there are 2 frames for this ab roller, take them out of the pushup board and install on these 2 frames the supplied handles (RED COLOR).
Two knee mats can be installed on the pushup board for protecting your knees during abdominal training.
Now take the stetch rope and attach the ends to the ab roller frame and the center of this stretch rope to the bottom of the pushup board.
You are ready to 'unroll'...note the use seems simple, until you try it, it is perhaps 1 of the toughest exercises for the abs.
2) Plank: We've spoken about this before. There are 2 additional "knee mats". These mats can also be used to practice the famous PLANK.
The plank is one of the most effective exercises in abdominal training.
The main focus of the plank is on your core, the center of your body.
Your abdominal and back muscles are activated and trained isometrically by tightening your muscles.
The execution is simple:
- Lie face down on the floor and place your elbows under your shoulders. Your elbows rest on the mats of the pushup board.
- Your forearms are parallel to your body so that your fingertips are facing forward. Your palms are facing the ceiling. Alternatively, you can point your palms toward the floor or fold your hands together.
- As much as possible, keep your neck relaxed and straight in line with your spine. Focus on a point between your hands. Be careful not to pull your head back, toward your neck.
- Now press your forearms against the ground and push yourself up. Support your body only with your toes and forearms.
- Slowly build up the tension in your entire body by pulling your navel in, pushing your knees through and tightening your buttocks.
- To prevent your upper back from sagging, push your shoulder blades back, press your forearms into the ground and your shoulders away from the ground.
- Your body forms a straight line - avoid both a hollow and a convex back.
(search videos on the internet 'elbow plank' to see it visually)
3) Stretch rope: This red rope, also called a resistance band, can be guided through the push-up board.
At the ends, you can then install the ab rollers for example, for the ab roller exercise.
But you can also install at the ends the supplied handles.
By holding the handles with both hands, the arms can be trained.
You can also attach the stretch band at the 2 ends to the same handle so you can train your legs with a kicking motion.
(don't worry, there is a clarifying drawing in the manual booklet)
4) Pilates bar: For this bar, you first assemble the 3 pink bars until they form 1 unit: the pilates bar.
These reinforced steel bars allow you to do heavier, more intense workouts.
To use the pilates bar, install the red stretch rope, pull it through the pushup board and you are ready to do pilates moves.
EASY ASSEMBLY
The Home Gym comes with instructions on how to assemble everything within minutes.
If you're tired of using exercise equipment that requires an advanced degree, you'll appreciate this simple, easy-to-use exercise set.
SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE
Because there are no less than 10 different positions to use the Push up Board, there is a choice for everyone to train a muscle group.
Because there is a lot of labor involved with the Push up Board, it comes with non-slip feet so that the board stays firmly in place while you do your exercises.
Tip: For beginners, it is an option to start on the knees if it is too heavy
